This week, we welcome Columbus comedian Wonder Doug into the studio!
Our conversation with Doug bounces around the room like a rubber ball. We talk about what it’s like working in a porn store (The Garden), including the education side of the job. You’ll hear a few select comedy bits from his album, Roller Coaster, released in 2017… he definitely brings the funny and so much more!
We chat about the Wonder Doug Variety Show on First Fridays at The Shrunken Head, as well as Second Thursdays at Spacebar. He makes the Gnarbeque Festival sound like one that you shouldn’t miss, too! We also touch on dealing with anxiety, empowerment, sobriety and self-esteem.
Doug also graced us by choosing four bands that he really digs, and waxes eloquent about each of the bands. We have to say that he made four solid choices.
We also announce the grand prize winner of two pedals (the Cranberry Fuzz and their newest creation, the [One/Fish]) and some swag from Rare Buzz Effects to celebrate last week’s 100th episode of the show!
