This week, a new record was set for a band traveling to Columbus to be on the show. The Battle decided it was time for a road trip from Cleveland to Columbus, piling into a car and driving the 143 miles that separate the two cities.
The band, comprised of brothers Donne and Ron Copenhaver, Chris Shaheen and Tom Nemo joined us in the studio for stories about why they decided to record their last album in Joshua Tree, CA, their influences, and how different people describe their instrumental journeys through space and time (with comparisons to early Rush and Dream Theater).
